Inspired by the iconic Oasis Party of 1920 led by Paul Poiret and Denise Boulet, this venue captures the essence of the era’s artistic and cultural vibrancy. The design, conceived by Legeard Studio and Emil Stefkov, harmonizes with the historical ambiance of the 1938 Art Deco building, showcasing a rich blend of elegance and cultural heritage.
Emil Stefkov, the visionary behind The Group Hospitality, envisions La Grande Boucherie as a fusion of a refined Parisian brasserie with an indulgent steakhouse experience. He remarked on the importance of introducing this culinary destination to Miami, which is celebrated for its dynamic culture and culinary prowess.

Upon arrival, guests traverse a garden courtyard embellished with bistro tables and flourishing plants, fostering an atmosphere of serene sophistication. Inside, the grand bar features polished brass and marble, complementing the classic brasserie style characterized by subway-tiled walls, mosaic flooring, and French antiques that evoke early 20th-century Paris.
The upper level offers a more intimate ambiance akin to Denise Boulet’s extravagant gatherings. Jewel-toned wallpaper and luxurious fabrics define this space, where private dining rooms provide an exclusive experience for patrons seeking a discreet dining affair.
