Audi continues to expand its prestigious collection, embracing luxury with a focus on substance and performance.
Introducing the New Q9
The latest addition to Audi’s lineup is the flagship Q9, recently unveiled against the iconic backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge. This model stands as a testament to Audi’s commitment to luxury, particularly within its refreshed SUV portfolio.
Remarkable Features
Marking its debut as Audi’s first model with the number 9 in its name, the full-size Q9 is not only the largest in its category but also redefines what luxury means for the brand. This vehicle excels in lavishness and advanced technology, ensuring an engaging driving experience for enthusiasts.
Audi
Designed for North America
Tailored specifically for the North American market, where luxury SUVs dominate, the Q9 measures 209 inches in length, 86.8 inches wide, and stands at 71.4 inches tall. It shares its innovative platform with the redesigned Q7, showcasing a bold and upright stance, further enhancing its presence on the road.

Luxury Redefined
Distinct from the Q7, the Q9 boasts a striking illuminated grille with a prominent badge, emphasizing its flagship status. The SQ9 variant features a hexagonal-patterned grille, broader wheel arches, and stylish accents, making it a sporty presence. Both have state-of-the-art adaptive digital matrix LED lighting, debuting in North America and minimizing glare.
With an impressive wheelbase of 123.5 inches, the Q9 offers the largest interior space among Audi models. It comfortably accommodates seven passengers in three rows, with an option for captain’s chairs, providing ample room for adults even in the rear. Cargo space in the Q9 is generous, reaching up to 87.7 cubic feet when the rear seats are folded down.

Advanced Technology at Your Fingertips
The Q9’s luxurious cabin is crafted from high-quality materials such as sumptuous leather and elegantly designed wood trim. A sophisticated lighting setup enhances its atmosphere. Tech features include a Digital Stage with three impressive screens: an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, a 14.5-inch infotainment touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch display for passengers. The infotainment system comes equipped with the innovative ChatGPT-powered Audi Assistant and offers an optional state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen 22-speaker sound system.
Performance and Power
Under the hood, the Q9 is powered by a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, delivering a robust 429 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque, enhanced by Audi’s signature Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Impressively, it can reach 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds. The sportier SQ9 variant steps up the game with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, generating 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, exclusive to the North American market.

Agility Meets Size
Audi claims the SQ9 can sprint to 60 mph in a remarkable 3.9 seconds, a second quicker than its baseline counterpart. With top speeds of 130 mph for the Q9 and 155 mph for the SQ9, both models aim to combine size and power with the nimbleness typical of smaller vehicles, aided by an adaptive air suspension that comes standard.
“What you don’t want in a big vehicle is a big feeling,” explains Audi’s President Vito Paladino. “You’ll notice the driving dynamics make it feel like a more agile Audi.”
Launch and Pricing
The Q9 and SQ9 are set to captivate the U.S. market, launching later this year at starting prices of $89,095 and $119,395, respectively.
