Mykonos welcomes a new luxury hotel just as summer approaches—a significant addition to the island’s hospitality landscape.
This week, Four Seasons debuted its upscale property on the enchanting Greek island, marking its first venture within the Cyclades, while it already operates a property along the Athens Riviera. This upcoming season promises to be lively, with numerous prestigious hotels setting up shop in Mykonos.
Located approximately 20 minutes from the Mykonos airport and Chora, the island’s capital, the hotel sits on the southern side near Kalo Livadi Bay. Designed by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis, the 15-acre property features traditional Cycladic elements, highlighted by characteristic white-and-blue hues, stone pathways, and lush gardens by landscape architect Helli Pangalou. Guests can choose from 94 modern accommodations, each equipped with a terrace for taking in views of the Aegean Sea, with select rooms offering the indulgence of private plunge pools.

For dining options, Four Seasons has partnered with the renowned Rockwell Group, known for their work in esteemed establishments like New York’s Or’esh and The View. At Álef, guests can indulge in Mediterranean dishes, featuring wood-fired cooking and alfresco dining. Corbu focuses on Italian fare, while Kafeneo transforms from a café to a cocktail venue as evening descends. The Beach offers a relaxed setting for drinks and light bites by the sea.
The hotel is packed with activities. It features a private beach, providing a quieter alternative to the bustling beach clubs nearby. Two infinity pools invite guests to soak up the sun, while the spa boasts seven treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, and a terrace juice bar for those seeking indoor relaxation.
