This purchase secures the entire development area located at the northeast intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Four Seasons Drive, directly opposite Mandalay Bay. With this new parcel, the project is now fully entitled and poised for a future NBA franchise.
Additionally, Chetak Development, Inc. has secured a property positioned immediately south of Four Seasons Drive to develop a private jet terminal. This parcel is essential to the long-term transportation strategy of the project, designed to connect with the Diamond Arena via an underground tunnel. This will create a secure arrival experience for NBA teams, entertainers, corporate leaders, VIP guests, and other high-profile visitors. The integration of private aviation access distinctly enhances the project’s appeal.
“This milestone marks a significant advancement for the Diamond Arena initiative,” stated Tom Letizia, the spokesman. “By obtaining the last parcel, we have successfully consolidated our ownership of the entire arena site, establishing ourselves as the prime venue for a future NBA franchise in Las Vegas. With the largest parking capacity among competing sites, including 18,460 existing spaces and an additional 760 planned VIP spaces, the design is geared toward accommodating high-profile events.
