The Agency Art House recently launched its inaugural staging project in Sherman Oaks at a distinctive residence located at 13907 Chandler Blvd. This design-centric property, represented by Joey Ben-Zvi from the BZ Group, was transformed into a living exhibition where architecture, modern art, and lifestyle converge. It reimagines conventional staging by turning a private home into a cultural hub. The residence gained traction and successfully sold within two weeks of the event.
In partnership with notable California galleries such as Ochi Gallery, The Hole / Show Gallery, and Sphere Gallery, the Art House curated a selection of works from artists like Ally Hilfiger and Sandrine Abessera. These pieces were purposefully placed to engage with the home’s architectural features, enhancing the experience of each room and illustrating a lifestyle infused with art.

The event also introduced a retail component, spearheaded by social media figure Mario Lee. This included pop-up shops featuring Mìreal Fine Jewelry and Janessa Leoné, known for its exquisite jewelry and artistically crafted hats. These thoughtfully integrated elements contributed to a richer, multi-sensory experience that resonated with a diverse audience.

As part of its broader staging initiative, the property served as a venue for curated events aimed at collectors, connoisseurs, and potential buyers. By integrating elements of art, design, and brand collaboration, these gatherings expanded the property’s visibility, fostering organic interest and attracting a targeted audience.

Central to this initiative was the BZ Group and its leader, Joey Ben-Zvi, who exemplifies a flexible approach to real estate and an acute awareness of market dynamics. Through art-focused staging and experiential outreach, the BZ Group is redefining standards by combining innovative strategies with cultural relevance, ensuring properties achieve optimal visibility and engagement.

The series of curated events effectively drew in art collectors, influencers, and serious buyers, transcending standard marketing methods. Each activation from the Art House has not only enhanced visibility but also generated media coverage and significant audience interactions, underscoring the idea that the intersection of art, real estate, and culture can amplify outcomes.
