Silver Yachts has introduced an innovative catamaran designed for both speed and extensive journeys.
Unmatched Performance and Design
This fully customized 85-foot vessel is engineered to traverse great distances swiftly, merging an exceptional blend of range, velocity, and luxury. It is tailored for seasoned owners eager to embark on global adventures.
“I am thrilled that our client selected Silver Yachts for the development of this exceptional yacht, showcasing our expertise in building large custom catamarans,” remarked Guido Krass, founder of the shipyard.
Innovative Design and Engineering
The comprehensive concept was brought to life by Ker Yacht Design, which also handled the exterior aesthetics, naval architecture, structural engineering, and overall layout. Utilizing advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) engineering, the British studio meticulously designed the hulls, wave-piercing bows, and lifting foils as a unified hydrodynamic entity. The yacht’s exterior will feature premium aluminum, a testament to Silver’s metalworking prowess.

Exceptional Range and Comfort
This catamaran boasts an impressive capability, reaching 2,000 nautical miles at 25 knots and up to 4,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots. Its performance is comparable to Silver’s flagship explorer, the 128-foot Silver Adventure, which has a range of 4,300 nautical miles at 12 knots—perfect for voyages from Florida to the Netherlands.
“This vessel is a true explorer, crafted for owners who seek to voyage extensively and spend significant time away from conventional support,” adds Jason Ker, founder of Ker Yacht Design.
Spacious Living Quarters
With a beam of approximately 42 feet, the catamaran features generous living arrangements. Collaborating with Design Unlimited, Ker Yacht Design has created interiors that exude a residential ambiance. While specifics about the layout remain undisclosed, the Silver Adventure can accommodate between 10 to 14 guests and six crew members, although this new model is substantially smaller.
“Our design focuses on establishing a home away from home, enriching the clients’ experience both during daily life on board and while they explore some of the world’s most extraordinary locales,” states Mark Tucker, creative director at Design Unlimited.
Versatile Storage Solutions
The catamaran also offers remarkable storage capabilities. It can house a 25-foot tender in a drive-in lifting dock, granting owners the freedom to venture out whenever they desire.
Anticipated Construction
This exceptional vessel will be constructed at Silver’s Jiangmen shipyard in China, with metal cutting slated to commence this month and delivery expected in 2028.
