An exclusive gathering unfolded at the Strada House in Bel Air, a residence designed by the acclaimed architecture firm House of Roilson. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the estate, represented by Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Brittany, served as the backdrop for the Agency’s 2026 Chairman Award ceremony, honoring top agents distinguished by their sales achievements.
The estate’s design spans three structures, featuring six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. With a total space of 7,600 square feet, the interior is bathed in natural light from large windows and skylights, complemented by the warmth of tumbled limestone and marble finishes.

“Every element of Strada House has been designed with intention and great care, making it an ideal venue to honor our top agents,” noted Farrah Brittany. The evening celebrated both remarkable architecture and outstanding talent within the Agency.

Guests arrived to a fleet of luxurious Rolls-Royce cars positioned in the motor court, while cellist Aaron Sinclair provided live music, setting a sophisticated tone for the event.

Inside the house, bartenders crafted spicy margaritas using Codigo and mixed Ketel One lychee martinis. Guests sipped on Avaline Wine and Peroni while magician Jeff Black captivated attendees with his tricks. Special toasts featured Moët Hennessy presenting their exclusive Paradis cognac.

The atmosphere remained lively, thanks to DJs Lauren Kittens Abedini and DJ Mer Bear, whose music kept the energy up throughout the evening.
As night fell, the soft candlelight illuminated the estate, enhancing the overall ambiance. A black-and-white photo booth offered guests the chance to capture stylish memories from the evening.

Mauricio Umansky expressed enthusiasm about hosting the agents in such a remarkable property. He emphasized the significance of honoring those agents who exemplify excellence in the field.
Event producer: Makenzie Green, multimedia partner Neue Focus, and additional partners contributed to the event’s success.
